SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to process all orders promptly and efficiently. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Our standard delivery time is 4-8 business days within the UK, but for remote or outer locations, it may take up to 9 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and you will see the total cost before completing your purchase.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking details for your shipment. If your parcel is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please inform us within 24 hours. We will investigate the issue with our courier partners. Unfortunately, if we are notified after 24 hours, we will be unable to investigate further.
Exchange and Store Credit Policy
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. However, we offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items within 14 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for items purchased outside our website. For items purchased directly from our website, no proof of receipt is necessary.

The request must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange or request store credit, please contact our customer service team at info@threadcraftlondon.com. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for sending the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept exchanges or issue store credit for:

Items returned after 14 business days of receipt.

Items with removed tags or those that appear worn, used, or damaged.

Gift cards or final sale items.
If items that fall under these categories are returned to us, we will arrange for them to be sent back to you at your cost.

Damages and Issues
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will resolve the issue and offer you an exchange or store credit, depending on your preference. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for any issues.

If items that fall under these categories are sent back to us, we will arrange for them to be returned to you at your cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not provide refunds. Instead, eligible items can be exchanged or you may opt for store credit. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will notify you if your exchange or store credit request has been approved.
